Somatic Pilates combines the best of pilates with slower paces mindful movements which helps re-educate the brain and nervous system to develop new ways of moving. 

It’s a unique, safe and effective way to help people to overcome pain and stress related issues brought about by injury, repetitive movements and habituated postures.

It is a good option for people who have injuries, are recovering from surgery or live with high levels of stress and would like a more gentle approach.


WHO CAN ATTEND?

Anyone over the age of 18, no previous pilates or exercise experience is required. Please note you need to be able to get on off the floor unaided.

A combination of Pilates principles and somatic education. These small group classes can help people with muscular issues brought about by injury, stress, repetitive movements and habituated postures.

Suitable for people in pain, as long as you can get on and off the floor unaided.
