PILATES FOR BEGINNERS

For people new to Pilates or returning after a long break, these courses will introduce you to the fundamental of Pilates exercises in a friendly and safe environment. 

New morning and evening in-person and Zoom classes starting in September – October 2020. Book online below or email hello@pilatesindulwich.co.uk to register your interest.

Our classes are small to ensure personal attention. 

In-person class information: Covid-19 secure measures are in place and numbers are strictly limited.

Details: Beginners Pilates, suitable for people with non-acute pain. 

Please note this course is not suitable for people with acute injuries or pain.
